project against their wishes. This flexibility allows staff to acquire skills

an annual 360 degrees performance appraisal system.

Our management employs a relaxed, open door policy towards all team members and
endeavour to involve all employees in the decision making process. We
feel that individual contribution is the most effective method for building
trust between all levels of staff. Entry level staff receive a comprehensive
orientation and are quickly deployed into the work schedule. All staff
regardless of seniority continue to receive the support and supervision they
require with daily, weekly and monthly coordination meetings that ensure that
they have the knoweldge, skills and resources to successfully accomplish their
projects. More experienced team members see their initiative rewarded

Remuneration Packages
Our renumeration packages will vary according to
the job requirements and candidate specifications. They can include:
