Encouranging a Balanced Lifestyle

MEDCOMM supports a balanced lifestyle and seeks to accommodate individuals’ priorities. We do not expect everyone to work long hours, although an individual performance-related scheme is in place to reward those who are able to do so. Staffs are able to change the intensity of their commitment as their circumstances change.

Working with MEDCOMM is a truely international experience: with clients across the MENA region, there are plentiful opportunities for travel, though once again we aim to respect personal preferences. We currently have three offices in the region and are able offer a suitable candidates a high degree of choice over where you work.

Flexibility

MEDCOMM gives its staff considerable choice over the projects they undertake. We encourage them to pursue areas of interest and do not assign them to a project against their wishes. This flexibility allows staff to acquire skills according to their abilities and aspirations, and to develop in specialist areas. We have a comprehensive framework to support career progression, including excellent training and coaching opportunities that are informed by a an annual 360 degrees performance appraisal system.

Participation

Our management employs a relaxed, open door policy towards all team members and endeavour to involve all employees in the decision making process.  We feel that individual contribution is the most effective method for building trust between all levels of staff. Entry level staff receive a comprehensive orientation and are quickly deployed into the work schedule.  All staff regardless of seniority continue to receive the support and supervision they require with daily, weekly and monthly coordination meetings that ensure that they have the knoweldge, skills and resources to successfully accomplish their projects.  More experienced team members see their initiative rewarded when they are able to make very real contributions in developing client relationships, opening up new areas of business, steering the company’s financial direction and guiding the professional development of team members. 

Remuneration Packages

Our renumeration packages will vary according to the job requirements and candidate specifications.  They can include:
